The following cancellation conditions apply to guests:

·         Until 14 days prior to check in – free of charge and a full refund of the deposit (* Subject to administration fee)

·         Less than 14 days prior to check in – 100% of the full accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee.

(*) Upon cancellation, an additional 7% administration fee will be subtracted from the total refundable amount as per cancellation policy.

No shows will be charged at 100% of the full accommodation fee.

In the event where guests may be checking out before the agreed departure date, the full accommodation fee will be charged at 100% and no refunds will be payable.
